Harbor Architects LLC was hired by Dr. David Parks to design a new facility to house his oral surgery practice.  Patient flow was addressed with a separate entrance and exit to allow patients recovering from anesthesia to be picked up without exiting through the waiting area.

Due to the nature of Oral surgery, there was specialized equipment to account for in the design process, as well as storage facilities for various gasses.  Harbor Architects LLC consulted with a company specializing in these particular challenges to ensure that the final product would serve the client well.  A crawl space allows for plumbing and vacuum system access and maintenance.
