Working closely with the contractor, Harbor Architects designed this multi-tenant building in downtown Aberdeen to harmonize with the downtown atmosphere as well as create a fresh look for the area. The firm developed various schemes to attract potential tenants for the owner. We worked on new schemes as new opportunities or direction came from the owner. These ‘speculative’ drawings in a presentation format served to entice potential tenants. Weekly meetings and constant communication between the architect, owner, contractor, and subcontractors helped to ensure that this project continued smoothly.
